One event closes and the next one opens

mm-qaWe had a lot of lofty goals when we set out on this WordCamp US adventure, but at the very top of that list of goals two things stood out: Have the biggest WordCamp the world has yet seen and make sure that we create and curate an amazing WordPress focused experience for our attendees. Oh, and beanies. We are humbled, proud, and honored that we were able to achieve those goals.

That’s not to say this was a perfect event, but it was the perfect inaugural event. There is always room to grow, iterate, and improve and we hope to take our experience as organizers this year along with the feedback of our attendees, volunteers, speakers, and sponsors to make next year’s event bigger and better.

We’re so excited about the next WordCamp US that we’re going to open ticket sales for WordCamp US 2016 today! That’s right, you can get your tickets now.

  1. So bummed I missed the inaugural WordCamp US (no car and missed out on all the affordable hotel rooms nearby). I’m not making that mistake again now that I know that this is a thing. So looking forward to next year!

  2. Where can people go to watch video recordings of the conference sessions now that it is completed? Was only able to watch one stream at a time, would be great to catch up on the keynotes that were missed. Thanks!

  4. No streaming tickets for next year’s WordCamp US? I live in Atlanta, GA where we have a terrific WordCamp every year. So, I budget for that. It is unlikely I will also be able to budget for WordCamp US in Philadelphia. Did I mention that I am a senior citizen on a very limited budget? I am 69 and retired.

This year, in addition to the streaming ticket, I also paid for a WordCamp US t-shirt. I was bummed that it never came; it still hasn’t arrived. Is it “in the mail”?

Thank you for your clarification and assistance!
